Refund policy
Overview
At Daisy's Dog Shop, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached
- Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Items marked as 'final sale' cannot be returned
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund if the above conditions are met
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Exchanges
- We happily exchange items for a different size or colour (subject to availability)
- Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty
Faulty Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for faulty items
- Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you
How to Return
- Email us at woof@daisysdogshop.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and address
- Package your item securely with all original tags and packaging
- Post your return using a trackable service
