We offer the following shipping options:

- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Free shipping on your first orders when you subscribe to our email database
- Free shipping on orders over $100
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $9.95
- Express Shipping: $14.95
- Rural deliveries may incur additional charges
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed after 2 pm AEST will be processed the next business day
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
Delivery Areas
- We ship throughout Australia
- PO Box deliveries are accepted for standard shipping only

Tracking
- You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Track your order through Australia Post or our courier partner
Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct
- We're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses
- If your parcel is lost or damaged, contact us immediately
Click and Collect
- Available at selected locations
- Ready for collection within 2-4 business days
- You'll receive an email when your order is ready
